Request account deletion
You can delete your Linkside account and associated personal data at any time. Choose one of the options below. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the Linkside app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Account).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
This immediately starts account deletion while you are signed in.
Option 2 — Email request (no app required)
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address or phone number associated with your account:
Include your name and the phone number or email on the account so we can verify the request.
What we delete
- Account profile details (name, phone, email, login providers, profile photo)
- Device / push notification tokens
- Saved golfers and notification preferences tied to your account
Tee times or rounds you created may be retained in anonymized form so other players’ completed rounds and history stay intact. We do not sell your personal data.
